When you join TheGCode Public Dispatch, TheGCode by Kefas Kinoti stores the email address you provide, your optional first name, your list status, signup source and consent timestamps.
How the information is used
- To manage and send the Public Dispatch or the membership communications you explicitly request.
- To keep a record of consent and honour unsubscribe requests.
- It is not sold as a contact list.
Your control
You can unsubscribe using the link included in a dispatch. You may also request access, correction or deletion by emailing kefaskinoti12@gmail.com. Records are kept while your subscription is active and as reasonably required to document consent or an unsubscribe request.
TheGCode provides educational and coaching content. Do not send sensitive medical, psychological or financial information through the signup form.
