Terms of Use

Effective 29 September 2026. These terms explain how you may use jointhegcode.com, the free Public Dispatch and any Inner Circle membership you choose to purchase. TheGCode is operated by Kefas Kinoti in Kenya. By using the site or joining a service, you agree to these terms, subject to your rights under applicable law. 1. The platform and its purpose

TheGCode publishes motivation, discipline, fitness and lifestyle, leadership, and business content. It also offers educational coaching and a paid accountability membership as described on the site. Content is general education and reflection. It is not a diagnosis, treatment plan, individualized medical or mental health care, financial advice, or a promise of a particular result. Make decisions suited to your circumstances and consult a qualified professional when you need individual advice or care.

2. Free Public Dispatch

The Public Dispatch is free. We send it only after you submit your email address and consent to receive it. You may unsubscribe through the link in an email. Please use your own address and do not subscribe another person without their permission. How we handle signup information is explained in our Privacy Policy. The frequency and content of dispatches may change; we will not turn a free subscription into a paid one without your agreement.

3. Inner Circle membership and payment

The current advertised Inner Circle price is KES 2,500 per month, or USD 20 per month for international members. The description on the membership page explains what is included. Membership begins only after payment confirmation and onboarding. M-Pesa payments use the number and account name shown on the site. If a card option is available, request a secure hosted payment link; never send card details, a PIN, CVV or one-time password through this site, email or WhatsApp.

Membership is offered in monthly periods. This website does not itself collect a recurring card payment. Any separately arranged renewal or recurring payment must be clearly explained to you and authorized by you before it begins. To stop future membership periods, email kefaskinoti12@gmail.com before the next period. If you have paid and do not receive the agreed access or a service is materially different from its description, contact us so we can correct the issue or arrange an appropriate refund. We will address billing errors promptly. Nothing in these terms limits a refund or other remedy available under applicable law.

4. Your participation

Treat other members and contributors with respect. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, send unlawful material, interfere with the site, or misuse another person's information. We may limit access for a serious breach of these rules, after considering the circumstances and any paid service already owed. You remain responsible for your own decisions and conduct.

5. Content and contributions

TheGCode's writing, branding, graphics and other original materials belong to their respective owners. You may read and share links to public pages for personal, non-commercial use. Do not republish substantial site content, remove attribution, or use the brand to imply endorsement without permission. You retain ownership of material you send us. We will seek your specific permission before publishing an identifiable testimonial, image or private message.

6. Other services and availability

Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, payment providers and other services take you to third parties with their own terms and privacy practices. We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but maintenance, changes and interruptions may occur. If a paid feature cannot be provided as agreed, contact us for a remedy.

7. Changes and responsibility

We may update these terms and show the new effective date here. Material changes to a paid membership will be communicated before they apply to a future paid period; changes will not retroactively remove a benefit you already paid for. Use the content with your own judgment. To the extent permitted by law, TheGCode is not responsible for losses caused by relying on general educational material as a substitute for individual professional advice. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Questions and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without taking away any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. For a question, complaint, cancellation or billing concern, contact kefaskinoti12@gmail.com. We will try to resolve it directly and fairly.
