Tell the truth.
Start with an honest account of where you are. Progress cannot be built on an image you are trying to protect.
The person behind the code · Nairobi, Kenya
Advocate. Creator. Founder of TheGCode.
I built TheGCode for people who want to turn the demand for change into daily action. The standard begins with the promises we keep when nobody is applauding.
KENYAN BORN. BUILT FOR THE WORLD.
TheGCode grew from a simple truth: if nothing changes, nothing changes. Ambition means little if it never reaches the calendar, the training session, the conversation, or the decision you have been avoiding.
My legal training at the University of Nairobi and the Kenya School of Law shaped my respect for evidence, clarity and responsibility. My work as an advocate and creator has reinforced the same lesson: a standard only matters when you can live by it under pressure.
This platform brings that approach to the everyday work of building a stronger body, a steadier mind, healthier relationships, sharper business judgment and a life with direction. I write from Nairobi, speak to the world, and ask the reader to test every idea through action.

Choose a specific move, give it a time and place, and follow through before announcing what you intend to become.
Strength is measured by what you can be trusted to build, protect and repair—including how you treat other people.
An honest boundary

You do not need to arrive finished. You need to begin honestly and keep showing up. The next move is yours.
